BOOKING AND PURCHASE:
Within the venetianmasks.eu site, each article can be seen and booked without any commitment to buy. All you have to do is specify the amount and confirm your choice to add the product to the shopping cart. from which you can still see, cancel or confirm all the articles you have booked up to that moment.
The purchase will be considered concluded and binding for venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN STYLES only after the latter has confirmed the order by email.
In the event of one or more articles being unavailable (also temporarily), the Customer will be informed by email of the new amount to be paid or the order cancellation.


TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The Customer may pay for purchases in the following circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, ETC.., PAY PAL circuit. The transaction will be performed in compliance with bank security regulations.


GUARANTEE ON THE GOODS:
venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN STYLES will withdraw any damaged goods only if returned with their original box, packaging, shipping documents, and accompanied by a product return statement completed in a detailed way by the Customer. Should the defect be found, the Customer will be charged no expenses and will receive a new product as a replacement. Should that item be unavailable, venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN-STYLES will refund the Customer of the whole amount paid for the purchase and shipping of the product that cannot be replaced.


TIME CONSTRUCTION ARTICLES:
excluding paintings all articles craft present time profile that can vary from 2 to 20 days maximum. If the time exceeds 2 days you will be notified via e-mail or fax on actual time required for the completion of purchase.


DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SHIPMENT EXPENSES:
All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN-STYLES, in the "Your order confirmation" will be sent by Express Courier (national or international) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The customer will be asked to contribute to the costs, which will be shown on “Your order confirmation” depending on the country the order is to be sent to. Articles will only be sent after total order payment has been regularly registered and confirmed at venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN-STYLES.

RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER
The Customer enjoys a right to withdrawal, which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a term of 10 (ten) working days starting from the day the ordered goods are received. Notification to exercise the right to withdrawal may be given within the term indicated above, by telegram, fax or e-mail. The shipment expenses for return of the goods will be at the Customer’s full expense. In order for the withdrawal right to be exercised, goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging in a perfect state and subject to agreement with venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN-STYLES. The goods must be sent back with an insured parcel sent carriage free; no parcel sent for payment on delivery or at the addressee’s expense will be collected by venetianmasks.eu By ITALIAN-STYLES. Reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned goods will be made by a payment to the Customer’s bank account within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. Goods returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged or soiled due to the Customer’s fault will not be reimbursed, nor will they in any case lead to the payment of credit equal to the price of the article initially ordered. The above withdrawal conditions only apply for purchases made online and do not therefore include purchases made in our stores.
